Guided Letting-Go Visualization

🔹 Duration: 6–7 Minutes 🔹 Release Inner Barriers

Preparation (1 minute)

Sit upright with a relaxed posture. Close your eyes gently. Take 3 slow breaths — inhale for 4 counts, exhale for 6 counts. Allow your body to settle into stillness.

Visualization - Release Weight (3-4 minutes)

Visualize yourself holding a heavy weight in your hands — this represents inner barriers, old hurts, or attachments that no longer serve you.

With each exhale, place some of that weight down. Feel the heaviness leaving your body. Continue until you feel lighter.

Breath: Exhale slowly and deeply, releasing with each breath.

Integration & Openness (1-2 minutes)

After releasing, sit quietly and observe the openness that remains. Notice how it feels to let go.

Breathe naturally and rest in the sense of freedom and inner space.

Silent Affirmation:

"I release what no longer serves me. I am free."
