Grounded Awareness Reset

🔹 Duration: 6–7 Minutes 🔹 From Confusion to Clarity

Preparation (1 minute)

Sit upright with a relaxed posture. Close your eyes gently. Take 3 slow breaths — inhale for 4 counts, exhale for 6 counts.

Feel Stability Rising (2-3 minutes)

Feel stability rising from the ground through your legs, spine, and into your body. Imagine roots growing from your body into the earth, anchoring you.

Feel the strength and stability within you.

Third Eye Focus (2 minutes)

Bring your attention to the space between your eyebrows. Simply observe thoughts as they come and go — like clouds passing through the sky.

Rest in clear awareness without attachment to any thought.
