Centered Light Visualization

🔹 Duration: 6–7 Minutes 🔹 From Darkness to Illumination

Preparation (1 minute)

Sit upright with a relaxed posture. Close your eyes gently. Take 3 slow breaths — inhale for 4 counts, exhale for 6 counts.

White Light Visualization (3-4 minutes)

Visualize pure white light entering through the crown of your head. With each inhale, feel the light flowing down through your body, filling every cell with warmth and clarity.

Feel the light spreading through your chest, arms, legs — your entire being.

Aura Expansion (1-2 minutes)

Now visualize the light expanding beyond your body, creating a protective aura around you.

Rest in this illuminated awareness — you are the light.

Silent Affirmation:

"I move from confusion toward clarity. I am the light."
