Divine Presence Meditation

🔹 Duration: 6–7 Minutes 🔹 Recognizing the Sacred

Acknowledge Presence (1-2 minutes)

Sit in stillness. Acknowledge the presence within and around you. Recognize that the divine exists in this very moment.

Feel Sacred in Every Situation (3-4 minutes)

As you breathe, feel the sacredness in every situation — in your body, in the air, in the space around you.

Let go of the ordinary perception and see the divine in all things.

Rest in Divine Awareness (1-2 minutes)

Rest in the awareness that the sacred is always present. You are that. Breathe into this knowing.

Silent Affirmation:

"The sacred is present in every moment. I recognize the divine in all."
