Earth Grounding Practice

🔹 Duration: 6–7 Minutes 🔹 Rooted in Stability

Feel Feet Connected (1-2 minutes)

Sit comfortably. Close your eyes. Feel your feet connected to the ground beneath you. Notice the solid support beneath you.

Root Down Like a Tree (3-4 minutes)

Visualize yourself as a strong tree. Feel roots growing from your feet deep into the earth.

With each breath, feel more grounded, more stable, more connected to the earth.

Feel Stability and Support (1-2 minutes)

Rest in the feeling of stability. You are supported by the earth. You are grounded. Breathe into this sense of being rooted.

Silent Affirmation:

"I am grounded. I am rooted. I am stable."
