Observe Breath Without Control (2 minutes)

Sit upright. Close your eyes. Simply observe your breath as it is — no controlling, no forcing. Watch the natural rhythm of your breathing.

Witness Thoughts Without Attachment (3-4 minutes)

As thoughts arise — and they will — simply witness them. Do not attach to them or push them away.

Like clouds passing through the sky, let thoughts come and go. You are the witness, not the thinker.

Affirm Self-Mastery (1-2 minutes)

Repeat silently: "I have mastery over my mind. I am the master of my thoughts." Feel the power of this statement within you.

Silent Affirmation:

"I have mastery over my mind. I am the master of my thoughts."
